4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are agreed upon separately. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform and is not included in service fees unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Whale Nova remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for their business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whale Nova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed terms. Whale Nova reserves the right to terminate services if these Terms are violated.
